Orders and Shipping
Depending on the product typical shipping times are 2 – 5 days.
You can create an account here or during the checkout process.
Send us a message we can update your shipping address for you as long as the item has not already been sent.
You will receive an email after placing an order and once the item(s) ship with a link to track your order.
We do not store any credit card information anywhere or for any length of time. Credit card information is encrypted and sent directly to the processor.
We do not charge sales tax. Taxes are built into our product pricing.
3D Gun Builder currently only ships within the United States.
Depending on the product ordered i.e. P80 Frames your order may arrive in two packages.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
If products are unopened and unused they can be returned at anytime within 30 days of purchase.
Send us a message. We will get the correct item send to you right away.
Send us a message. This should not happen as we package and inspect all products prior to shipping. Please include a photo if possible of the damaged item. We will get you a non-damaged item right away.
