3D Printable, Super-safety compatible Vz61 receiver

The SSSzar V3 is an upgraded, super-safety-compatible version of the CZAR V3 3D-printed receiver, designed to complete Vz61 parts kits. This modification integrates a super safety trigger housing and a printed trip bar, allowing for enhanced safety and compatibility with standard AR-15 triggers.

It also includes a Vz61-specific lever, optimized for durability and smoother operation within the upper. While metal levers are preferred, a reinforced printed lever is included for those who wish to print their own. Testing has shown up to 1000 rounds of durability in PLA+, with filled nylon recommended for increased longevity.

This version also refines the Vz61-style grip, converting it from a two-piece to a one-piece design and shortening it slightly for better ergonomics.

Features of the SSSzar V3

The SSSzar V3 builds on the CZAR V3 with key modifications to improve functionality, safety, and durability.

Super Safety System Integration
This lower receiver is designed to fully support the Hoffman Tactical Super Safety system, ensuring improved safety and trigger control. A custom trip bar is included for seamless operation.

Vz61-Specific Lever
To ensure maximum durability, a Vz61-specific safety lever is provided. While metal levers are highly recommended, the included longer printed lever helps reduce wear when made from filled nylon or reinforced polymer.

Grip Redesign
The original two-piece grip from the CZAR V3 had surfacing issues. This version refines it into a sleek, single-piece design, making it shorter and closer to the original Vz61 grip.

Enhanced Durability
A reinforcement screw is added near the ejector, reducing stress fractures that could occur from impact. This ensures increased longevity of the printed receiver.

Standard AR-15 Trigger Compatibility
The SSSzar V3 allows for non-super safety AR-15 triggers to be used if preferred, offering greater flexibility in trigger selection.
