Overview
The 3DSS (3D Suppressed Sten), dubbed “Printorez,” is a fully 3D-printable 9mm PCC styled after the iconic Russian VSS Vintorez. It merges Mac-11 internals with AR-15 fire control groups, offering a unique, DIY-friendly take on a legendary suppressed rifle.
Developed by Peacekeeper, this project was built with flexibility in mind—supporting multiple stock and suppressor setups and magazine types. With over a year in development and 1,000+ test rounds, it’s built for form and function.

Features of the 3DSS
The 3DSS offers multiple configuration paths so builders can tailor the weapon to their specific goals—whether it’s style, function, or compatibility.
You can choose between two magazine types: traditional Glock mags for simplicity or Sten-style rock-and-lock mags for that authentic VSS feel. This is mirrored by variant options, letting you print a true-to-form VSS or a modular AS VAL-inspired build with rear picatinny rail support.
Suppressor compatibility includes a 40mm VSS-style shroud or a 50mm short can for a more compact suppressed build. The suppressor is cleverly designed with a carbon fiber tube and epoxy-bonded shroud for strength and alignment.
Modularity is key: you get options for full stocks, short stocks, and folding brace compatibility. There’s also support for DB alloy reinforcements and a TPU short stroke buffer system.
Print orientation is well-optimized for standard Ender 3-style printers, and support guidance is detailed to avoid failed prints—especially inside the bolt ride channel of the upper.
